Default New personal best 174.9.

I first have to say a BIG thanks to Jim @ Speed Inc for cleaning up the tune after some small changes I made. What a difference!! Now it just blows the tires off after it comes into boost . 100-200' out.

At 18.9 lbs of boost and the co2 turned off (by mistake) we went 174.9 mph. It picked up 38 mph from the 1/8 to the 1/4. Don't ask about the et, my boost controller is fubar!!!!! You can't contriol ramp rates at all 8.41 with a 1.40 60'. The car is pulling so hard at the end of the track it's crazy! I'm ordering a AMS1000 asap! If I can get this boost under control and turn it up, I think this thing is going to fly.

Thanks again Jim!!

Andy

I heard from Sikora you had turned some sick MPH. The crazy thing is the car still has a ton of power left in it.

I can't wait to see it make a all out pass.

congrats

Andy,

It was nice to meet you at the track so I could finally finish up the tune. That thing is flyin!

Looking forward to see what it will do with a functioning boost controller

If you don't mind me asking, what boost controller are you having trouble with? I am about to order one, and I am undecided on the ams or E-boost.

I don't want to be changing controllers out later so rather put the right one in the first time.

need a controller for twins like you.
my setup:
forged 408,p&p L92's,102/102 combo
twin t67's
intercooled w/meth
viper spec t56
looking to make 800-1000hp and its a daily driver

thanks in advance !!!
p.s. wastegate & bov brand & size? seems like you have a reliable setup so looking for suggestions from someone with somewhat similar build.

and most of all 170+....... thats just f"n sick !!!

Well in all fairness I can't blame the controller. We had a wiring problem and could have shorted out the controller. It's a innovative. I'll give you a example. On the last run I had the controller set at 17 lbs and a ramp rate of 6. At the end of the run the controller said 0. I turned off the co2 and the controller said 79. I read the log on the car and it made 10.8 lbs pf boost! Try to race a car like that!!!!! LOL On myfirst run with the co2 off it made 18.9 lbs of boost with a 2.5 lb spring. Like I said my controller is possessed!!!!

Since I have to replace the controller I'm going to try a AMS 1000. I'm going to send my controller in to Rick over at Exile and see if they can find the problem a repair it. If they can, I'll sell it if not it's going in the trash.

You'll love the AMS1000 for the track. I've used it and the EB2. I like both controllers and am still using the EB2 on my buddies LPE Vette. Track only....AMS is the best.

Default ttt

At 1.40 at the 60ft, then this speed at the 1/4 that thing has to be a beast at the end of the track.
