Default Crank pinning question...

I pinned my crank (horizontally - half moon in balancer/half moon in crank) when I did a cam install and ud pulley. Now thinking of a blower and will need to get rid of the ud pulley. My question is what is the best approach for re-pinning the new balancer. Assuming I used the stock balancer......once installed, the crank will have a half moon where I previously drilled and the balancer will not.......

nobody has had this issue/question before?

is it possible to align the pin kit with the half moon on the crank and sucessfully drill out the other half in the balancer so I keep the pin in the same spot on the crank. Or, repin 180 from where the crank is drilled now??

Good question, I'd like to know that answer to this as well. My initial reaction would be to drill the proper hole in the balancer and then try to align it with the current pin on the crank.

My crank is pinned in two places "kenne bell kit" so 180 across would not work me. I will keep an eye on this thread.
