Default 5.3 Turbo size question

Ok I am interested in picking up this used turbo, I was going to go MP but may go this route pending a few results here.

What I have: 5.3, 2001 Z06 LS6 CAM, Car LS1 intake, Flipped C6 headers, 6.0 317 Heads.

I want 600 efficent lower boost whp with E85. It is all going through a th350 for now. I was going to get a t70-t76 with a .96 ar housing but how about this:

Turbonetics t76 .70 intake and .81 exhaust has an "hp" wheel

thanks

600 low boost hp is going to take a good flowing motor and a big turbo.
I would worry more about making your power goals safely than how many psi a gauge shows.

maybe I should of worded it different. I could really care less on the boost levels, but I would like to make the power without maxing out the turbo. I know the t70 parish did a while back, 600 was all it gave and that was at its max. I am happy with 550-600 but just dont want it to be maxed

I was not sure how the .81 a/r would be
