Just came home from dyno, Balancer bolt backed out and belt fell off but we managed to get 548rwhp 510rwtq. We were able to log 12psi. Something is wrong with my tps, thinking the wiring because the sensor is brand new. I need to run a vacuum line to my blow off valve and double check that my secondary fuel pump is running.

Nice numbers. My '02 Z28 put down 546/506 @ 10 psi. I have a D1SC, but no cam like you. My motor is completely stock internals. Due to that, we tuned it very conservatively - 11.3 AFR and only 16* of timing.

What is your primary fuel pump? Something tells me if your secondary wasn't working you wouldn't have made that power, and/or you'd be picking pieces of the #7 piston out of the cylinder.

I was trying to get a 7000 rpm pull but we gave up after the balancer bolt came off. Im stuck, the blue ati balancer bolt is too long for my mms crank pulley(morgan motorsports) and the factory bolt is too short, should i put a washer's on the ati blue bolt?

Yes, put washers on it or cut the bolt down

Correct. Make sure you use loc-tite on it when you put it back together. Bob

I ran a washer initially on my ATI supplied "blue bolt" but when I converted to 8 rib, the blue bolt was way too long. Others on the forum (probably Bob himself) advised me that a stocker would be the right length so I went to the stealership and picked a new one up. Little red loctite and it's been fine so far. I'm more worried about the three allen head bolts that hold the extra A/C pulley to the crank pulley.

Brent got a great job offer at Lingenfelter's doing tuning over there in December, and I was worn out from working my butt off for eight years trying to do everything I was doing. The economy was looking really bleak, my wife never saw me, and the thought of trying to find someone who could run the shop and do the tuning in a short amount of time was just too much. Bob

Life, how true...

It is common for the pins to shear off it the crank bolt backs out. Hang in there. Bob

pins broke again, I bought a used crank pulley from my tuner and took them both to the machine shop. I'm having them bolt the two pullies together permently. I think i messed up when I just took the supercharger crank pulley to have studs reinstalled, I should have brought both crank pullies so that he could match the correct depth and size of the pins. hope this works otherwise I have a 8 rib in my immediate future

here's my problem now, I got the balancer and crank pulley at the machine shop, they say the balance will be off if I bolt the two pullies together. I don't think this will be a problem, what do you think?

This is a truck balancer but the camaro is similar, illustration purposes only. On the three tabs that hold the outer ring to the center mounting point, I want to drill a hole in each and bolt the pulley to the balancer, then where the lock tabs on the supercharger pulley are located I want to weld in some better tabs retangular shape tabs so this thing dosen't move. If this dosen't work I will have to buy a 8 rib setup which i really cant afford at the moment.

Ok, I want to added new bolts where the yellow is and put retangular blocks where the green is, the camaro balancer has a smaller area for the locks unlike this truck balancer.
