Which two-step do I want for a turbo application? The Lnc 2 or the Lnc 3? I think its the 2 but not 100% sure, really not sure on whats the difference.

I just pulled the LSx one out of my car and am selling it. My new EMS has 2 step built in. I loved this thing. $200 shipped.

The Lingenfelter is crap. There have been many people who have had thiers fail here on the board. Mine included, which failed in less than a year with minimal use. If the one he is selling used works fine than it may be worth a try but i would just get a new MSD personally. (sorry COBRAKILLER)

Someone on here claimed they were told by lingenfelter they need some type of in-line filter for one of the signal wires, so i dont know if that is true or not or if that is the issue. I spoke with them about mine and was told to send it to them and they would inspect it but i would be charged for the inspection and shipping since i couldnt produce a reciept for it and i wasnt in thier system. (Bought it from CMS, new in box) I was not given any sort of good feeling after calling and talking to them so i figured it was a waste of time after reading the experience of others who tried to send it in.

there are a couple guys using the lingenfelter without issue but i'd describe it as a crap shoot.

I ended up buying a MSD unit and it works perfectly in a smaller, better sorted package. I'm still bitter about wasting over $200 on the LNC-002 if you cant tell..

Well I've had mine for 2 yrs without issue and have used it more than most would. So this one is not a crap shoot. Also this is the first I've heard of them having issues and I'm pretty up to speed here.

I've never heard of them having issues either. thought I had problems with mine at one point but it turned out to be something completely unrelated. Mine works great for around 2years now.

When I was researching which one to go with I read a few bad things about the LNC which is why I chose MSD...how while I don't have any personal bad luck with the LNC I have had great luck with the MSD....the only thing is mine is used as more of a launch controller than 2 step. With my car I cant really launch past 3600rpms(ive tried and just blows the DRs off the car) and at that RPM my 88 doesnt really spool but it does help me launch the car fairly well. In the video I posted up a few it was set to 4200 and you can hear me get out of it in first(sounds like I shift) cuz of tire spin...
