Default LS2 corvette turbo drain to pan question...

For the sake of ease, would it be possible to use the bung in the 2006 corvette LS2 oil pan that is intended for the low level sensor as a turbo oil return port? Im using the pan on a LS3 in a s-10 with a GMPP stand alone so I have no use for the sensor itself at this point. It would obviously be substantially lower than the turbo in a front mount, but right at the oil level in the pan. As far as physics, I know the oil would drain back, but would it be slowed too much returning right at the oil level? thanks!

in 10+ years of turbo cars i have never had an issue with returning under the oil level.

well thats a good start... Also, its a BB turbo with turbonetics filter/ reducer deal, so I dont believe it will be running a large amount of oil anyhow.
