Wow your setup is scary similar to the one I'm going to run, only difference is I'm going with an F-1C blower w/ twin intercooler setup, AFR heads, Magnaflow catback and a MWC 9" rear end and Hal QA1 coilovers. Basically you have great taste in TA setups
With proper fueling (you're gonna need more than just bigger injectors) you should be well into the 700 hp range if not higher, depending if you run on a Mustang Dyno or a Dynojet

Any aftermarket rails will pretty much do. I have professional products. I believe fast makes some and a couple other companies. You'll deff need a fuel pressure regulator...you should go with -8 line for supply as well. I'm in the middle of a somewhat similar build and I'm still trying to get all my needed parts.

The 4L60E's can only handle so much power, even if RPM Transmissions builds it. I'd either go with a turbo 400 or a 4L80E. Bob

i have close to your build, same cam, cubes, except AFR 225 heads, (i think they are hurting me, 215's would have been better) but i run a carb
i made 617RWHP @ 6400 on 11 lbs, 516 tork @ 6000, but the converter was flashing high on the dyno-everybody else seems to make more HP than i do, lol, but who knows (their dyno is faster than mine, lol)
@ right at 3900 lbs w/me, i have run a best of 9.92 @ 135, letting the 4L80E shift on its own-i have bad 60' times, in the 1.60 range, (Chevelle body) but its a street car, full int, all steel, and not much trick susp. stuff- could prob drop into the low 9.8's if i wanted to work on it, but drives to nice as is, and i dont race anymore, except track rentals, or something special
when i dyno'ed it, outside temps were in the 40 deg range, when i ran it temp was in the low 90's, i had to take some jet out, still was on the rich side, but didnt want to push it
