Arrow Gasket Thickness?!?!

Alright im trying to figure out what head gasket/thickness would work best on my turbo 5.3 with 317's i have heard MLS is great but im looking for some opinions as im still learning alot.....

the factory 6.0l would work. 4.045 bore .051 compressed thickness put you at about 8.5:1.

GM 6.0l MLS #12589227 4.039 bore 0.053 thickness 3 layer.

Ok now im confused lol i'd like to have a gasket a little better then stock so i dont have to worry about lifting a head which one would be best?!?!?!

i use stock ls3 gaskets on a 6.0 with 317 heads and run 18psi on an 80mm turbo with ebay heads studs and dont have any issues.
