Default need help about rear mount idea

deciding to do a rear mount turbo on my 02 formula and a friend of mine has a 2jz turbo in a sc300 and i wanna buy his turbo. Its a greddy t78-33D 68mm compressor wheel and .82 exhaust any input would help on if this is a good turbo to use. Im planing to hit 600whp on stock ls1

small slow spooling inefficient turbo. bad idea.

what kinda spec turbo should i get that would take a little to build boost and when it hit it hit like a mother

jd, im going to suggest reading/searching bro. hell, you could find gobs of info just by searching "zombie".

its going to take a good bit of work to do what you are wanting to do. is your car a stick car or auto?? auto would be a huge help if your wanting to pursue the rearmount way. take some time and read.

you will need at the very least a set of upgraded valve springs to come close to your goal. and as far as turbo size. hmmm. i would think the upgraded sts precision 67mm wouldve done 600whp. and it had a .81 or .82 hotside. i never had sts, just going off what ive read.

like i said, hell, just search zombies' name and start reading.

i know i have alot to learn on the turbo subject but i know motor wise ill need springs rod bolts and other things and as far as the sts kit me and some friends are gonna make the piping and everything for the turbo and all of the system but i am just tryin to figure out the best turbo to use for this build and trying to hit 550 to 600 wheel when done and it is a six speed car so i know ill need a clutch and prolly trans upgrade
