Default spool time vs compression (small cu in big turbo)

If you have a small cu in engine like a 5.3 will having a lot on compression help with spool time.

I no high compression on a turbo is not common just wondering if it would help spool a big 88 or 94

increase compression=race gas or E85. or worst case scenario less timing and more doggy. my 370 is a 10:1 motor and I can only go 13* at 15 psi on 93. i plan to go back to the dyno with 100 Sunoco and Meth!
