what kinda head and cam combos are the turbo guys running?

what kinda head and cam combos are the turbo guys running? im looking to put a set of lq4 or lq9 heads on my car. first not to sure of the differance other than lq4s come oput of a gto and lq9 come from a truck... but i was also looking for a cam. just looking to see what everyone has out there and what kind of power they are making with them thanks!

lq4/lq9 heads both come from a truck (6.0 iron block engines)
i believe the gto had 243 heads
lq4/lq9 heads are pretty much the same, they gave the exact same casting number on the heads, 317. they have a combustion chamber of about 72cc's

ill be running TSP LS6 heads and a VA speed turbo cam... it will be awhile before mine is goin though stupid deployment... it will finish the build though
