(crank pulley size / blower pulley size) * (step up ratio) * (RPM) = Blower RPM

(7.25 / 3.4) * 4.1 (for d1sc) * 6000 rpm = 52,000 rpm

7000 rpm with the same size pulleys = 61,200 rpm

Max D1SC RPM 62,000

Yes you can make 700+ with a d1sc.
but you will need a stout combo.. I would say a good recipe would be:
afr 225 or tfs 215s or ported 243s/317s
ls6 or fast 102 intake
blower cam(bob makes a good one)
large filter if you are running twin coolers.
meth
1 7/8 headers
no cats
at least a 3 in exhaust or true duals
fuel system
great tune!!!
There have been a lot of guys to do it but its not easy..goodluck

motor is forged, 9.1 compression ration(eagle rods, mahle dished pistons(20psi max), stock crank). ported 243's(corvette) and professional products intake and cheap ebay throttle body. ls9 cam. I dont run a filter on the dyno. Headers are obx longtube 1 3/4(flp knock-offs) no cats, off-road y-pipe, factory exhaust with mangnaflow muffler. Fuel system has two walbro in-tank pumps, 80lb injectors, professional products fuel rails, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator with new return to tank. Here's my previous dyno(video in signature), detuned slightly, maxed out at 548rwhp 510rwtq @ 5500 rpms at 12psi with a p1sc(MMS crank pulley and 3.2 procharger pulley). we couldn't get car to spin to 6800 rpms due to belt slip but that was with the 6 rib stuff.

Do you know the size of your crank pully? Some people have used a 3.1 blower pully depending on the crank pully size. Also you might want to look in to a meth kit. When I ordered my snow kit, the sales rep told me that a 50/50 meth/water with the 91 octane I get in utah will be in the 108 - 110 octane range.

Theres guys making 750+ rwhp with a 347 and a D1. AFASTYZFR1 made 764 IIRC with the blower hat off on his 347 setup. There are guys making decent power, but a good setup is important as fatman80 said. I would look at methanol as well. Where in CA do you live? You'll need bigger headders and lose the PP intake. I picked up over 30rwhp going from the PP manifold to the LS6. It got reeal hot and kept IAT's a little higher. When I switched we could add a little more timing without detonation. What size is the MMS crank pulley? I would also look into getting a aster bracket if you want to max it out, the lower the belt slip the more efficient the combo the more power you'll make

The professional products intakes are known not seal worth a ****. My friend had one on his procharged GTO and we had nothing but problems with that POS.

The stock Procharger 8 rib crank pulley is 7.625" in diameter. A 3.4" head unit pulley will max it out. That said I know a guy in New York with one of my brackets, and a meth kit using a 3.7" head unit pulley and a comparitively baby cam put down almost 750 rwhp with a forged 347.

We made 740 rwhp with a Mustang Chassis Dyno with stock cubes, baby cam and a D-1SC with the above Corvette at the old shop. I agree on getting rid of the Chinese intake manifold, I'd just put an LS6 intake on there. Bob
