new best with this combo
New best for this combo. My goal is to make it into the 9’s with under 11 lb’s of boost. I ran a 10.30 at 133 with a 1.5 60’ and I only let boost built to 2lb on the line.
I am running a 370 LSx, LS3 heads, Vic type intake, e85 and a Turbonetics t76, th350 with tb, and 3.73. Timing at 10lb was 20 deg and running e85. I think with a tad bit more timing and more boost built on the line I can cut my 60’ and get closed to my goal.
My first run the track officials put up a cone to keep the street cars out of the groove, so I just drove over the cone and pissed them off. I was still not in the groove and had traction issues.. 10.70 flat at 132.
Second run they made my move over so I basically foot launched it and spun pretty bad in and out of gears. 11.0 flat.
The third run I lined up in the slick lanes and was able to get a good run in the groove. 10.30 at 133.
Nothing broke!
