Default C6 twin 76 build

Our customer brought this to us from another shop that did a STS kit with twin 35r's. The oil return lines were run a little to close to collectors and he had to put out a small oil fire with bottled water. The kit was lacking for his power goals anyway.

The turbo's are not the lowest point on the car. This car came to us from another shop with a LSX 427 4 bolt setup and a STS kit that had gt35r's on it. She made peak power at 5100 and then fell over. We are going to keep it on low boost 900whp so the customers clutch will hold for a little while then we will turn it up over the winter once the auto goes in. We built the manifolds in house, they will be getting pulled down soon to have the Turbosmart 45mm gates installed and I will grab some pics.

we are going to reinforce the inner frame after everything is built. the notch in the frame was built from 6" .250 wall. so where it was notched should be stronger than stock.

I would love to see more hotside pics. Headers, down pipe, & wastegate etc.

A pair of 76s in that location will spool the best and crank out some power!!

Thats the goal.

I'll try to get some pics up tonight. I'm working on the down pipes and wastegates right now.

He wants to keep it under 1000hp until he goes with a automatic. Afterwards and with new heads 1300whp.

Could this setup be duplicated on a C5?I have a TTI kit but I'm limited in turbo size.I'm thinking you could fabricate this setup in conjunction with the TTI kit.I was also considering putting a single 88 were the battery is.
Thanks and nice work.

I'm sure it could be with a few other changes. How much power or what size turbos are you looking to fit.
