Well I was looking on Forced Inductions site and they have a similar turbo on their page for their Precision turbos.

Back in the day. Precision used to use Holeset compressor housings. Which this is. Does this have a billet backplate? Also on the rim around the back of the compressor housing there should be a PTGS76(?) stamped in it. This is the model of the turbo. If need to be I can come over to see if I can tell if it is or not. I had a couple pairs of Precision turbos. Is seems this is just a older one before they started to cast their name in the housing.

There is an engraving(more like a carving) that says 76GTS or something similar. The backplate does resemble billet, although I havent had much experience with billet in person.
