APS LG upgrade dyno numbers.
Well I havent posted anything about the car in a while, but we finally got all the bugs worked out on the car and I'm happy with the results.
1021 rwhp
984 rwtq @ 22 psi
Thanks Louis for the turbos and George and Brent for everything with the car.

This is awesome!! My car is currently up at Heintz getting finished up. Fighting an issue with the meth kit right now. I'm running 408 iron, tea 245's, APS w/ LG's as well, RPM lvl 5 4L80e. Made 766/768 at 14psi (street boost) pump gas and meth on a hot motor. Hopefully we'll see some better #'s once the meth deal is worked out and we do the 109 tune too (18-20psi)

Excellent seeing you hit this number with the LG upgrades. I never did get my LG installed and maybe just as well since now have engine issue with my 408 and looks like it will have to come out.
I am a crossroads now whether will be selling the car as is or fixing and upgrading it. If fix it going to go to ERL superdeck 427 possibly with 6 bolt heads,ls9 cam, maybe fast 102 intake. Doubt mine would be back up before next spring. Irony was went to forged 408 for reliabilty.LSX 427 is other option.

Great numbers. It's nice to see more results with the APS LG upgrades.
At those power/boost levels were the turbos showing any signs of being over-worked with your 402? Right now I'm trying to decide which route to go on my engine build. I was going to go iron 408, but the Gen IV to III swap is more than what I want to deal with. If money was no object I'd be going with an ERL block, but right now it's going to be either an LS2 or an LS3 block. I'm hoping a 416 won't move too much air for these turbos.

They are rated 70lbmin and there are two of them. No problem on 427 size engines maybe on 454? Absolutely no problem on 408 or 416 size engines. But if 1400 or so engine hp isn't enough for you Big bird has some ideas .Check his posts on this forum.
I should have some numbers dyno and track with the LG on ERL 427 next season. Coming winter up here now so no time to order engine, get it in and no tracks open anyway. But should be ordering in jan or feb and should have it in there for rock and roll this coming april. Never ran the LG on my 408 the stock turbos seems to do ok but never pushed them very hard. Just kept them at standard gate of about 7.5psi. Car was still pretty crazy fast no traction in first, second most of third when was a six speed and still not much different now as 4l80. Talking on street.didn't take car to track. 408s rock pretty good and sure 416 or 427 would as well and not sure what you mean about gen 4 ,408 iron block is gen 3 I think and almost every part transferred right over from my ls1 engine. I would still be rocking my 408 but something went bad on oil pressure few weeks back and parked it. Looks like bearing material in oil filter pleats. So yank it and if yanking it going to put in ERL 427 superdeck maybe with 6 bolt heads full meal deal.
408 will be taken apart ,fixed up and sure will find a nice new home in somebodies vehicle.

Yeah I initially was going to go ERL 427 (would still love to), but I have to calm down with my budget. I still need to get my fuel system and pick which clutch I want. I don't think my Level 3.5 Monster will hold.
My LS2 GTO is a Gen IV and has different knock sensors and other accessory locations. Going with the Gen III is doable, but I want the least amount of headaches on this build because I'm sure there will be a lot.

Keep in mind this is all on the stock tranny. Fixing to take out the tranny and sell it and put the 4L80 in. The track will have to wait for this next season plus still have to do the cage and all.
