Default Block & Boost

So... my friend tells me he's been on here doing research and says you guys are saying that the aluminum ls1 block (sleeved or not) can't take boost and won't last. I'm planning on getting an ls1 in the near future and would like to boost it. What do you guys think?

Anything can take boost... the conditions and abuse you put it through will determine how long it will last. Give me a "bullet proof" motor and I'll prove you wrong hahaha
