Suggested ring gap and main/rod clearances for turbo LS2?

Suggested ring gap and main/rod clearances for turbo LS2? I want to get some feedback from some of the top engine builders on here or those that have assembled their own motors. My combo is an
LS2 block with stock bore and stock crank. Forged rods/pistons. Single turbo with goal of 900-1000rwhp on e85 with intercooler. Most likely TFS225 heads. Will be doing 1 mile shootout events, some limited street and drag racing. I have Total Seal file fit rings on Diamond coated pistons (skirts and thermal tops).
I PM'd another engine builder on here and was told the following:
With a 4" bore power adder we generally gap rings .026" 1st and 2nd rings.
I have another engine builder telling me this for ring gaps:
Top .020 to .021"
2nd .022 to .022"
Suggested main/rod bearing clearances:
Main .0025"
Rod .0022-.0024"
