Default what is too high of mileage to turbo a stockish lq4?

i am wanting to put together a pt88 (or s91) mild lq4 engine, z06 cam, rod bolts, ls9 gaskets, arp hardware everywhere. is 110,000 miles too much to begin with for a ~600rwhp goal? if it is i will just go ahead and go built engine but i would like to keep the combo very low budget then go ***** out with a 408.

I switched from sc to tc at 120k on a 5.3, it lasted for another 70k at 8 psi before it went lean and broke a piston.

I put an SC on my 4.8 at 125K miles, and it is still going at 322K miles.

We've had a few 140-150k mile motors hold up good.
