Default New PB with APS w/LG turbos (M6 to 4L80 swap)

well big thanks to all the poeple that have helped me with this call.
well my old PB was 11.23@129 with M6 on 11psi and a few bugs.
but i trade my M6 for a 4l80 and it was the best thing i have ever done this car.
on the same boost on the first pass out it went 10.22@136 with a soft 1.68 60 foot. car felt great and my data log looked good (tuned by me). so my EBOOST2 has been gay as of late so i turn it on and set it to 13psi. and it work out good!
this was just footbraking the car no boost off the line. my 60lb injectors are pushing 96%. so its making some power

if you have a turbo car with a M6 in it you need to go auto!! i did want to do it but it is by far more fun

Congrats! Not too bad on a relatively low amount of boost.

Very nice time, congrats!

Did you happen to redyno the car with the 4L80 since you swapped?

Wow Tom! Congrats indeed! Over a second off your time because of auto. That definetly is something to say! But ****, you've earned it. Long time coming is right.

Awesome times! I'm looking forward to getting my car lined out so I can try my 4l80 at the track. My eboost2 is also acting stupid, I don't think it has ever worked correctly.

Tom few questions asked in other thread but it got lost in the shuffle.
Do you notice any big vibration on your setup past 80mph or so. Mine was horrible but not sure what was causing it.Don't think it was engine as it was mph not rpm related.
Was wondering how much the poly aps motor mounts add and still wondering if could go to stock mounts with torque strap type of deal but maybe the rubber mounts would melt or keep breaking and that would suck. Maybe just have to get my adjustable torque angle right since hear you set things different for dana 60 like you set pinion angle opposite to engine trans angle. Can't try that now anyway with dead 408. Also have cheap flexplate in there going to get tci one I think over winter.

Few other local guys had some questions posted your results. Was the track prepped?
Were you getting a lot of spin off the line and thru the gears? Any chance of any more runs maybe with the two step operational or is your track closed now for season?
Or are you going to retire car from racing or do you have plans for rollbar, rollcage?

Congrats. 4L80e's are great, it's nice to not have to worry about the trans. anymore.

track is always good and sticky no spining off the line. but i did spin the last run after the 60 foot mark when the boost spiked at 14.9psi. and im going to try a few more times to get it down in the 9.80s or so. need to back up the frist pass.
roll cage, im not sure what im going to do about that yet im thinking 10pt for sure

congrats on the time.
We maxed our aps kit out at 130mph in the 1/8....So keep on trucking, there is somemore left on the table. We can't believe how far this kit has gone.
