Default First time on dyno w/ new setup 792/700

Finally got the car on the dyno with the new turbo setup.

Not on video- Low boost 9lbs 574/541
14 lbs 760/665
16lbs - 792/700 maxed out the fuel on the car currently, the afr shot into the 12's had to cut the pull short

Car is on e85, stock fuel lines, stock rails, 2 255's and 83lb injectors. Time for a fuel system and more boost

Which part of your fuel system did you max out? Im guessing your lines, or rails? If so, what was your duty cycle on the 83lb'ers? Nice Numbers by the way!

Awesome set up. I really like to see the E85 builds. If you were able to figure out what part of the fuel system was maxing out - I'd love to know. I'm building a similar E85 set up and want to know if I'm in the right ballpark on my fuel system components. I have a stroked LQ9 with dual walbros, stock fuel lines and rails(LS3), and 100# injectors. My turbo is a bit smaller at 78mm. I'm anticipating 16psi boost max. If it's the injectors that maxed out on you, then I think my set up will work. Do you know what duty cycle they were at for that run? Thanks!

His fuel system is dual walbros, stock line to external regulator, using one of the evap 5/16 lines has a return, and removed regulator in the sending unit. He is still on a stock LS1 fuel rail, 83lb injectors, base pressure is at 58PSI with a rising rate regulator.

IDC is at 120% and on that last pull the car started to lean out, and got to low 12s so the run was ended.

I would say at this point the entire fuel system is well beyond what it can flow. This winter the whole system is is being redone to support some more power.

With what you are doing, you will probably run out of fuel lines first, and will want to keep base fuel pressure at 4bar (58psi) to help keep IDC down. Shortly after 3/8th lines the twin pumps will run out unless you use a boost-a-pump, Bosch 040's or 044s or add a 3rd walbro GSS342. Running only a 78mm turbo, you should be pretty close to about perfect without having to upgrade alot more and spend more money.

Great numbers. Sounds like those AFR 225's worked out pretty good.

Can't wait to see what it will do with a bigger fuel system. Sure wish we had E85 in Nor Cal.

I'm over in the East Bay so I only know of one station in Concord that pumps it. You can google nor cal E85 and get a few more in the bay area.

It takes a big system to support the 30%+ volume for E85.

AutomagicLS1, what the plan on the new fuel system?

That should be plenty to support up to 1000 WRHP. I've read that the low imped with the versafueler have really nice idle manners.
