Default Air/oil seperater anybody running one?

Hey guys I have a question hopefully someone can help me out. Ok now I see a lot of people asking about "catch can" routing. Well what about an air/oil seperater anybody running one and if so can you tell how you have it routed? Please.
A catch can is just an empty can in which ads in keeping oil out of intake and piping, Right?
So an "air/oil" seperater has baffles inside right? That really does seperate the air and the oil... I have one off my old STI ( Subaru) and I would like to use it.
Thanks in advance
Matt
