Default Anyone make a 6 rib crank pulley larger than 6" OD?

I have a custom setup. I adapted it to use the 6 rib procharger pulley. I had run it off the main drive pulley. Boy did I lose a ton of boost going from the 7 plus diameter stock layout to the 6 inch diameter procharger unit. I don't want to go any smaller on the charger pulley. Does anyone make a larger diameter 6 rib add on crank pulley?

Adapt one from a serp belt SBC. Vans have short trunk crank pulleys that may work

If all else fails, cut the trunk out and have a DS shop weld it back up true

You could always run an 8 rib pulley and just use 6 ribs. Just make sure it's on the correct 6 ribs for proper alignment.

I wondered about using an 8 rib. That might be the way to go. I had a truck balancer and tried to cut off the 6 rib ring. It was no problem cutting around the circumference but I could not separate it from the elasticized ring. That is some amazing stuff they use to bond it. Ended up breaking the ring.

Keep in mind the 8 rib pulley will not work with the factory balancer. It needs the ATI Performance Products 918993 balancer. Bob

I am wondering what Vortech uses for a crank pulley? Their website does not show individual components and I don't see a downloadable install manual.

Damn, that is exactly what I am looking for. Does your uncle want another nephew? Kidding aside, any chance I could pay him to make me one?

Thank you Bob. I appreciate your help. Is MMS their name or just the initials? They might have a cad file I could get.

They are no longer in business. A good machine shop could take your 6.0 diameter pulley and design a larger one from it. It won't be cheap though. Bob

I don't know if would work but couldn't you buy a 7.65" or 7.25" six rib crank pulley from SDCE? I thought they have the slip fit models as well that do not need to be pinned.
