**LMR in Las Vegas for Street Car Nationals** Well we had a great trip. The race started off as a 1/4 mile race and after 1st round we were #2 out of 35 cars with a 7.32 @199mph. Well, the wind got really bad so they changed the race to 1/8 mile. Sucks for us considering we back door like KrAzY. Anyway, we still went 4 rounds and made it to the semi finals where we lost by .03. We went a 4.81 to his 4.74 and I cut a .003 light to his .039. Close as **** race!

I know you guys were talking about trying to get the car to go quicker the first part of the track just wondering if you were having any luck yet? Especially since you could only race 1/8.

I believe 4.77 was the fastest they have been....there's a bit more in the car for sure, but for the record...THAT"S FLYIN...and probably would be a low 7 in the 1/4. I'm certain the record of a 7.11 will fall in 2011...there should be a few cars capable under the right conditions. I wouldn't be suprised to see the 6 sec barrier broken as well.
