Default Square port heads any good for a turbo?

Are l92s or ls3 heads any good for a turbo build? I was told the deck was too thin. So are 317s any better? Im planning my mustangs build and was thinking of running l92s and a victor jr on top of my 6.0. But now im thinking of just using the 317s i already have and a super victor. Anybody have any insight they can send my way on the subject?

The fastest TBSS in the world is running ported L92s on 24lbs, so yes, they are good.
