Not to be a dick or anything but maybe Forced Inductions should hire someone to answer phones and keep customers up to date on what is going on. It seems like between here and the Bullet, you see one of these threads pop up every couple of weeks. Customer service is very important. Specially given the economic times that we are in. Just sayin'.

I called them yesterday, they said they are expecting their first batch of turbos from Garrett next week. I ordered mine through Josh about 3 months ago, Garrett is blowing it.

It's beyond blowing it at this point. I was given a 2-3 week tunr around time on the units I have on order. It totla Bull **** at this point. I have several Setups marketed around this series of Turbo's. I will be looking at other manufacturers to use instead of the Garrett Units.

I would highly recommend looking into other options. I went through this last year, they won't come through. They will keep telling you " a few weeks". Trust me.

I waited 14 weeks then went with a GT-88.

Dont recommend them at all.

Be careful with that vendor.

some local folks had troubles getting in touch with him or getting what was ordered.

If anyone wants to purchase from Turbo daves, and feels uncomfortable, Ill pick it up in person. I live 30 minutes from him.

Having said that, is there a PTE turbo that fits that mold?

Perhaps Forced Inductions should chime in with a clear explanation and perhaps some other options if the problem truly is on Garrett's end. The fact that they are under water with orders and another guy has them sitting on the shelf really doesn't make sense unless it's FI that has a problem with Garrett.

1st, Turbodave gets his GT88's and GT91's from us. We CNC machine these units for 40+ companies. Also to address the final answer...yes they have been back ordered from Garrett. Not much we could do about that. They do start arriving tomm in batches and go through the CNC's....all will be good after that.
