Default cam help for stock block ls1 masterpower t70 setup

ok so i need some recomendations on cam help here, well im building a stock block ls1 turbo car using a masterpower t70 planning on running 8 pounds to start and possibly 12 pounds later, i had pat g spec a cam and although i know he is a great person and cam guy etc i felt the recomendations he gave me were not what i wanted and after talking to my tuner he said he dont think i would benefit much in upgrading from my ls6 cam to the one specd. he told me to look for something with less lsa 114 and lower, the specd cam had a 116 lsa he said that with the setup im using and the size of motor and the amount of driving ill be doing(maybe once or twice a week) to find a cam in the 224 224 range and a 114 lsa or lower preferably lower. i mean i know the tuner is good has cars running 9s on the streets here at 7500ft elevation but i want a second opinion what do u guys think can i get away with a cam with say 112 lsa? would that be wise? i do want a good loping cam but not if it will sacrifice horse power............. would a vrx3 cam be a good choice????? please give me some opionions thanks
