Default D1 procharger with 3.4 pulley... How much boost will it make? and what size injectors

Im building an ls2 . wiseco -11cc pistons , callies rods, stock stroke. super vic intake and elbow ,90mm tb, ported 317 heads. and this is the cam that was recommended to me 224/228 .581/.588 114 LSA. What kinda boost levels will i see with my D1 procharger with a 3.4 pulley. and intercooler set up.... also what injectors should i run?80, 60lb ? thanks

I would guess close to 18psi. For injectors don't forget the power lost for turning the blower. You will need the extra fuel, go for the 80's. S/C cars have a way of maxing out the 60's in the mid/upper 700's.

Im running the 3.4 pulley and seeing around 16psi. You might see more, who knows. I would definitely step up to some 80lb injectors. Mine are tapped out and I made 780rwhp, I just got my 95s in. If you dont have a cam already or have the money to switch I would go with a Brutespeed (EPP) blower cam. On the power question, yes your gonna make some serious power with that pulley and setup.

I made 19 psi on that pulley, 75lb injectors were at 9X% so I went with 95's. Made 808rwhp through a 4L60E with that.

LS1redz I have a similar cam to the op? How much power do you think could be gained from switching from a 224 ish cam to a brute speed blower cam? Sorry for the partial hijack..

On topic I think you will see from 14-18 psi with the pars listed above.

Where did everyone buy their 95 lbs injectors? Also this might be a stupid question but are they supposed to be low impedance injectors??

Stock injectors are high impedance. If you buy low impedance injectors, you will need a driver box for your computer to be able to control them.

What size injectors are you running... do you think 9-1 compression is ideal for d-1 3.4 pulley at 15-18 lbs. some say its low for our prochargers where its more idea for turbo set ups?

I am running high impedance 80# injectors. I'd say 9.0:1 is a very good spot to be with 18psi from a procharger for sure if you are using pump gas & meth.

9.7:1 396ci LS1
Diamond -15.9cc Pistons
Eagle H-Beam Rods
Lunati 4.125" Crankshaft
Victor Jr. Intake Manifold
IntakeElbows.com Elbow
NX 90mm Throttle Body
AFR 205cc 66cc Cylinder Heads
XP Custom Blower Cam
Kooks 1 7/8" Coated Headers

It made the same power on the LS6 intake, but the Vic. Jr carried it an extra 400rpm.

As far as injectors, mine were low impedance Precision's, 95lbs/hr, Acceleronics Driver box.

Then the ProCharger, no really sure on mileage, probably averaged 15-18. You'll do better in a 6 speed!

I did he advise me that to get the horsepower I want (800 rwhp) he could either bore my 60 lbs injectors to 80 lbs or I could buy a set of 80 lbs. It seems 80 lbs aren't cutting it though!!
