Default Best DYNAMIC compression ratio for boosted street car?

Hey guys, I finally plugged my cam specs into a dynamic compression ratio calculator and I got 9.67:1 Static and 7.3:1 dynamic ratio.

I know most people like to stay around 9.5:1 static for street cars, but what dynamic ratio is best?

My cam was custom spec'd by comp and it is a 231/227 .617 .613, 116 lsa
They designed it to help my turbo spool quickly

I believe its around 7.8-8.5:1 dymanic for a street car so that it doesnt have a sluggish feel to if from my understanding.
dont quote me on that though.

Does anyone know where that would put you in cranking compression?

All i can reference to is a 5.4 whipple SC mustang motor that we had in the shop. Came out to 180 to 185 and he was pushing 18 p.s.i. on pump 93.

Not enough info to determine whether that is a good cam or not for your application. Cubes? Heads? Intake? Exh manifolds? Hot side piping size? Exh housing size? DP size? I wouldn't spend much time worrying about DCR numbers. How to calculate an accurate number is subject to debate and doesn't mean a damn thing at the end of the day.
