Default Garrett TV7512

There is a guy in town selling a Garrett TV7512 76mm compressor wheel 83mm turbine with 1.08 housing. its on a T6 flange. Now I happen to be in the market for a turbo. It's for my 1986 Chevy suburban 6.0l swap. I'm looking for a little extra towing power up the canyons. I would hate to get passed by a ecoboost I have been searching for info on this turbo for days with only dead end threads and pieced together info. So I'm asking all you turbo brainiacks to post some info If you have any. I found a guys post in a rx7 forum saying he gets 6psi at 3200rpm in a 4.1l motor, he did not specify the make. also read a guy calling them Thumper 76, so I searched that, found turbonetics stuff not garrett. I want kind of a late boost threshold because if i''m towing, I don't want the load on the motor to cause constant boost. wouldn't that cause heat soak? also what kind of "safe" power can I expect out of a motor with a turbo like this? running 91 octane on a 2002 6.0l LQ4?

It will have a pretty late boost threshold due to the large exhaust side (typical with diesel turbos). The turbo should have a ~76mm inducer, which should be capable of ~1000hp at the flywheel, if not a little more (obviously that much isn't safe on a stock 6.0L).
