Default Turbo + Nitrous nozzle or DP?

I'm looking to add a 125-150 shot to my car for the track. What are you guys doing for a nitrous setup that won't be used much. Is a nozzle safe with that shot with boost?

i would run a dry shot, that what i plan on doing.. but how would the ecu know to add more fuel when spraying without a maf sensor.. since thats how a dry kit works.. maybe you need a wet kit when running sd, lol wut do i know

I think it would do it by ignition timing, i.e. pulling more timing via a wot switch when the nitrous is activated than adding more fuel via pe or fuel enrichment.

A wet setup would be far easier to tune, and won't need anymore injector capacity, but you will need enough fuel pump or a stand alone pump for the nitrous.

A mate runs a 75 shot using nozzels on his Turbo (13psi boost) and its pretty insane.
a 75 shot with boost will give similar results to 100 shot NA .

For a 125/150 shot i would run a plate for better distribution, and you may want to look at a progressive controller to help it hook up, cause its gonna hit hard with boost.

I also don't think you need a 100-150 shot unless your just looking for all out insanity. If you are just trying to spool the turbo faster or get out of the hole harder a 50-75 dry shot would work fine, and I would think with a dry shot you could just retard the timing by 2-4*'s via a window switch, or if you are using EFIlive I know they have a custom os that allows seperate power adder fueling tables and timing tables that are seperate from the main base tables.

bingo! i have heard that running N2O on a boosted motor is effectively like running 150-200% of the N2O you are spraying. the extra power is thanks to the cooling effect of the N2O as it phase changes from liquid to a gas and than the preusre drop from 950psi down to whatever you intake preusre is.

Nozzel should be fine, but will need to watch fuel pressure as you are close to the edge.
