Default Deck height with 6.125 rod

Hi I am getting ready to purchase my rods and pistons for my turbo lq4 build and I was on the Wiesco website looking at the K444X3 piston. It states that a lq4 block has a deck height of 9.230 and that piston with a 6.125 rod has a zero deck height of 9.236 which means the piston will come out of the bore by .006 Is this ok? What is the max acceptable range? Also if I need to re surface the deck of the block during machining the piston will come out of the bore even more. Thanks

Compressed head gasket thickness is probably more than .040", so it should be fine.

I think factory ls1 pistons are about .020" out so you should be good. I personally would not want any piston out of the bore on a FI app but thats just me.
