Default turbo guys making BIG power on pump gas? lets see the combos and tune..

looking to see those high horespower combos on pump gas with a turbo. i currently have a forged 6.0 with 9.1:1 compression, ported 317's, custom futral cam, edelbrock intake, precision front mount, pt88 turbo, 4" downpipe with a FAST XFI standalone. right now the car is set on 15psi and 13 degrees of timing at 11.1 A/F and it feels real good. no times yet with it and no dyno numbers. was curious to others combos and there boost/timing/A/F on 93 octane or so. thanks for any responses i know i could throw race gas in but thats down the road wanna see how far i can push it on pump.

PT88 347 9.6:1CR 93 and Meth 16* of timing high 10's for AFR (I know too fat) 4" DP to rear axle. on 15ish psi it went 9.5@146 in a car that weighed 3625 that day on the tracks scale.

yeah not looking for meth combos..although i will be running that later i want to see what the baddest TRUE pump gas combos are. althoguh dschmittie i have a very similair combo and am running 3 degrees less timing but same boost. i would be happy if i can get to around 143ish on pump gas alone all said and done.

Keep in mind dyno numbers on pump are totally differant than track times on pump.

dyno or track numbers welcome here. i agree dyno numbers dont mean nothing if it dont run the times. i prefer to know what those are running at the track on pump gas.

What trans and engine setup? with 101mm I think the power should be a lot higher than mid 800rwhp !!! Maybe your running a very safe tune?

I'm shooting for 750-800rwhp with my 347cu ST80 Turbo.
made 598rwhp 10psi stock catback/241 heads/stock intake and tb
10:8 A/F ratio 13timing.

i know one can go alot faster on an A/W intercooler but im also running a A/A front mount and i know iat's are very important. i know of some fast pump gas turbo cars under 400CI but they are not ls based.

Again mine was not a LS motor. I ran a a/a ic and it was a safe tune. on a comp license pass I went 9.27@134 lifting at the 1k ft. Went 126 to the 1/8. It's was the 408w backed by a glide with a 30" tire and 3.08 rear gears(awesome on the hwy lol)

I'm workin on my twin 67 setup, it will be pump gas w/meth. I'll be glad to get you some #'s when I finish it on pump only. I'm curious to see how far I can go too with out meth/race fuel.

I don't have track times yet, but on 93 octane in a forged ls1 with a single tc78 front mount I made 607whp/585wtq on a mustang dyno. I just got my copy of hptuners and will be eventually looking to go e85 down the road. Will run the car as it sits on 93 octane at the track come spring.

Thats correct. Never seen dyno numbers win a race.

Dyno #'s on pump gas was talked about alot in 04/05. Do a search and see back then.
