They seemed really quiet. couldnt hear them at all but doesnt help the open manifolds. once i run coolant through it i'll listen better.

A better longer video of it running. seems great just mocking up the turbo piping and running fuel lines for the new injectors and pumps.

60LB injectors & dual intank pumps. Im only shooting for 550 or so with 8psi. The turbo kit is a custom CAS twin turbo kit I bought from another member. The turbo's are t3/t4 S trim. They are small. Im hoping that the smaller turbos combined with the 6.0 will produce a fun street setup with instant boost.

Either is fine. Some have found a couple horsepower more with the truck coils.

The car sounds and is looking great buddy!

Glad you like the cam I figured you would! Wait till you see how it pulls! Should spool the turbo very quickly with the valve events that cam has along with your T6 hotside. Some people will think that thing is going to take forever to spool. I say with the right converter, rear gear, cam and tune it should light off like a lit cigarette in a fireworks warehouse.

This thing is going to be a beast. I love it when careful planning and parts selection pays off big in the end!

Glad you got the Katech bolts, from what I have heard and read(and experienced in my car with 7200rpm shift points) their tensile strength is much higher than a normal ARP 2000 bolt and is almost if not on par with a ARP L19 rod bolt(extra heavy duty).

Added: I've got another guy I'm helping with his build, what did you end up paying for the turbo? That's the one I recommended correct?

Ya the cam is awesome thanks again man!! I think running twin scroll along with converter gears and everything the Turbo shouldnt have any problem spooling I can't wait. As for the Turbo I was thinking s480 or s482 you were steering me to the s480 and glad I did. Its not like ill Max this out anyways doing 130lbs per min lol but this Turbo is awesome just like you said buy once and that's what I'm doing.

One well placed 60 will be all you need, but if you really want duals you can.

With the twin scroll it might make it harder to place just one but it can be done.

Do you still have the picture or link I sent you of the twin scroll set-up with the single gate?

Ya I do I was thinking of doing that (with much better welding lol) its not too much more for twins than a big 60mm. We will see what pops up for sale and if nothing that will change my decision haha

Got the V Bands Welded on.Thanks to a buddy of mine! Ran the Turbo oil lines, Return -10 and supply all set. Decided to use my truck Coils since i heard they are a little better. Also went to a BBK 80mm TB. Running my fuel lines -8 Supply and -6 return got all the old stuff out i can already tell getting the -8an fuel lines are going to be a nightmare to fit over the tank! Throwing the motor back in again hopefully this weekend and turbo kit will be mocked up with the rad and intercooler. Want this done by middle of next month

Nice, I like how you have done the vband on the manifolds. We plan to do something similar on the two builds we are working on, but probably a length of pipe/tube coming off the manifold first in the appropriate direction. Those look awesome!

Are you sure that regulator is hooked up properly? Most are dual inlet and one outlet. With the outlet being at the bottom.

My S480 is almost done too. Just need to weld up the downpipe.
