Default pusher and puller fans

With my new kit I put the turbo in front of where the tensioner is and put a derale 16295 i think the number is. It's the pusher fan that everyone. I have that on the passenger side and I was going to put another derale on the driver side but I have enough room to put a good puller. Now I know it's not a good idea to put them in line with each other but since they won't be in line and I have enough space to put a puller should I? Will it work the same, better, worse? Or just put another derale on the other side. I always thought if you can fit a puller that it will be better. Any insight?

Yes if you can fit a puller and its not in a direct line with the pusher than do it. Pullers are always better.

Why not mount 3 fans, 2 pushing and another pulling? I can't see how running them in series can be an issue. That would be like saying driving down the road with the fans on is dangerous!
