lq4 or lq9 for a mp112 supercharger?
Well I was planning on going 408 with a maggie but was told the 408 is way too many cubes for it. I was looking into prochargers but for some reason I really like the roots style. Will the stock cubes of a iron 6.0 be good for the maggie and should I go lq4 or lq9 as I know the maggie pushes 8 lbs of boost and the compression is different on both.

The LQ9, as you will want the added compression with that small bower to help make power. We have built and tunes some Silverado SSS that will make 500 to the ground and go 12's at 5500lbs with the 112. Just need long tubes, good exhaust, LS6/GT2-3 cam, and the right pulley combo.

Yes I know you can make that power with heads and cam but you will loose drive ability too. The 112 is a small blower and you will never make more then 550rwhp with it no matter how you pulley it. On ethanol you might squeeze 600 but that would only be through a 6speed. It is a small blower that is well suited to smaller engines. I would never put one on something bigger then a 5.3l if it was for myself.
