Default procharger guys still running the twin intercoolers chime in...

what blower inlet hat are you guys running thats better than the stock procharger one?

im want to get a solid 16#'s but i know the stock inlet hat is going to restrict that. and the truck intake hat wont work with the twin intercoolers and im keeping those. thanks.

This is what I'm using, I saw a gain 1.5 #'s of boost.

Procharger supplied filter on the left new filer on the right. http://mycarpics.shutterfly.com/276

K/N # for big filter ^^^ http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=RF-1045

Added this little filter for the bypass hole. I had a frost plug in that hole to start. http://mycarpics.shutterfly.com/277

K/N # for the small filter ^^^ http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...x?Prod=RU-0200

I see 11#'s of boost now with the small filter on the bypass and the larger filter on the inlet. With the supplied procharger filter and the bypass hole pluged I was getting 9.5-10 #'s of boost. I run a 3.7" blower pully and a 7.250" SDCE crank pully.

What pully combo are you running ? I have a 3.4" pully I'm going to put on this summer that should get me to 14-15 #'s.
Also don't take to much stock in boost #'s, they can change with intake size/flow, head flow, engine size, ect. One engine might make "10 #'s " on one pully combo, and the same pully combo on another engine might see "8 #'s " and make more power.

Keep in mind that pushing more than 14 psi through the twin intercoolers really increases the inlet air temps. Methanol injection should be used to control the high inlet air temps. Bob
