Please forgive me, I searched and couldn't find jack... What are you guys using? I have a 5.7 with 6.0 heads and a rear mount. Any suggestions?

I have the speedINC tu1 cam. E mail them, I'm sure they will recommend you the same cam. Great customer service over there, they answered all my questions and really put me at ease on cam selection.

A good boosted cam has a longer exhaust duration. This is because the intake charge is pressurized so it gets into the cylinder quicker. Since you have lots of gases that needs to get out its not pressurized you need a longer exhaust duration in order to get the gases out.

Overlap is not good to have on a boosted cam. Reason is the turbo causes back pressure in the exhaust system, if you have the intake and exhaust open as the same time, the back pressure could push back against the intake and flow the turbo backwards. Bad bad thing.

I was looking at the ls6 cam for my 5.3L build but due to the sudden drop off at 5500 I went with the TSP Turbo cam 224/228
