Default Trying to figure out witch heads to use on a turbo 4.8

So I have two sets of heads for my 4.8, one set of heads are stock 5.3 heads and the other is a set of stock ls1 heads.

I was plaining on using the 5.3 heads but I've been reading a hand full of builds and some are use the 5.3 with ls9 head gaskets and some are using the ls1 heads with l92 head gaskets.
I know that the ls9 head gaskets are 7 layer and the l92 is a 5 layer head gasket.

So now I'm lost on witch ones to use.
I would like to be running around 15 lbs of boost with the 70 mm on3performance turbo

So, what do you guys think would be the best heads and head gaskets for it??

Don't use 317 6.0 L heads.....all I can say...drops the compression WAY too much.

One stock 4.8l and a stock ls1 head has been working good so far for denmah on here.I know it sounds crazy but it working. His fairmont is about to run bottom 10's maybe high 9's according to him, with a 4.8l.

Denmah has around 700+ vids of all kinds of stuff on his youtube.

And don't do exactly what he does - He has already chucked an axel on the highway and trashed one car.

Without me searching lol whats the difference between the last three? Any differences in deck thickness or maybe stock valve size?

I'd use the LS1 heads. I bought a set for my 5.3 project. It drops the compression a little so you can push more boost and has bigger intake valves for better flow.
