Default What's needed to piece together a D1SC kit?

Car is a 99 ws6 LS1, What head units will fit? I might have a lead on one. What else would I need to make it a complete kit? Also will it Interchange if I eventually build an ls3 shortblock?

Well, you need a head unit, a mounting bracket, pullies, some type of intercooler, adequite fuel system (injectors, pump upgrade etc), different fan setup and a good tune. That's an over simplified list, that's for sure.

The actual itemized list is pretty long and can nickle and dime you, but Bob@BruteSpeed is the man to talk to about buying either a complete kit, or all the peices neccesary.

As for what fits, you can put a P1, D1, and even some of the F units in without too much trouble. The fan issue is because the stock second fan motor is right where the blower inlet is, so it needs to be relocated.

For brackets, you have the standard j-bracket from procharger, but I reccomend going with Aster's bracket. For ~$700 you get the bracket, pullies, tensioner and are setup to run an 8-rib setup as well as you get an ls2 water pump.

Dont forget that you must use a 'Reverse' direction head unit. - And Yes, Bob at BruteSpeed is very knowledgeable with Procharger gear.
