Is two of these enough for an L33?

I have a L33 w/ LS6 cam in my 2000 Silverado, 4.56s, 35" tires, and 2500 stall. Want ~500 to the wheels. I don't know a lot about turbo sizing, just wondering if these would be enough to hit my goal. I want a really quick spool time. Please don't fill the thread with "don't use ebay junk" type of comments. You get what you pay for, I know, but in this case cheapest is best. My dd Subaru is on its second cheapo turbo, the first lasted 20k miles. These would be a super easy install for me though. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

what are the advantages of an external wastegate? Using the internal would make the install simpler and lower cost.
Another question: Where do I mount a wideband o2? I'm running true duals with no crossover.
