Default Heating issues with front mount setup.

Well I got my car on the dyno on monday. The car did pretty good but will have to go back for another session. While on the dyno my tuner mentioned to me that the radiator that I have which is GRI-1-25241-X griffin radiator most of us use for the setup, Was getting a lil hot I got a 160* thermostat with dual pusher fan each flows 2000 cfm the car during pulls was reaching temps up to 220*. My tuner mentioned to that I should lower the top radiator hose about 5" lower. So it will have a better cooling affect like the stock radiator which is bout 5" lower from the top of the radiator. Any experience on this? Thanks.

Never heard of that. . . Did yall have a big pusher fan in front of the car while on the dyno? Most shops do.

I lowered the hose down five inches similar to the factory radiator but I'm also going to get the derale pusher fans because the ones I have aren't doing the job....

The derales were on back order a couple of weeks ago. Mine finally came in, but it took about a month.
