99 ls1 formula
3.42 gears
mac mids , with cats , flowmaster merge with 3.5 in catback
procharger p1sc1 not sure on pulley size , 3.5inch intercoolers
ls6 intake
egr delete , air delete
spikes to 6 psi tapers to 4
made 416 hp , i want more , what should my next mods be , i dont have a bunch of money and probably next year ill do it , but i was thinking meth or fmic ebay kit .
Not ready for a cam yet and i like the ground clearance of the mac mids .
Anything else i can think of or cheap mods ??

Don't hack your front end for an FMIC unless you plan on big time rwhp. IMO there is more bang for the buck just switching from the 3.5's to 4.5's. Trust was making over 700 rwhp with 4.5 intercoolers.
If I had a chance to do it over again - I would have done the above instead of installing an FMIC and hacking my front end. I am currently at 565 rwhp.
Also, the steel piping kits will rust inside and did. So I tossed the steel piping for custom welded aluminum piping. Plus there is some weight saving with aluminum over the steel piping.

This summer I intend to remove the bumper and install a Burkhart bumper kit.
If you route the aluminum piping correctly on the driver's side there are more options for the air filter location too.

All of the above is if you plan on an FMIC.
IMO it would be cheaper for you to switch to 4.5's and install a bigger air filter, smaller pulley, and a better fan or perhaps two instead of the one fan supplied by ProCharger. If you can get to at least 8-10 lbs of boost, you will add at least 35-50 rwhp.
But: You will need more fuel once you go over 425-450 rwhp so you will need more injector (42 lbs at least) and also a Racetronix fuel pump kit. I have a set of 42's I bought from Bob at EPP. I put less that than 2 K on them. I swapped them for 60's. I will sell them cheap ($60) + shipping.
It all adds up once you want to start adding rwhp.

Since you don't want to add a camshaft yet, adding a methanol kit is a good way to go as it will drop the inlet air temps 35 to 40 degrees when at wide open throttle and the methanol is flowing. This makes for a large increase in power, not a bad way to go as it should also increase durability. Bob

The reduction in inlet air temps will make an increase in power, sort of like how you can feel it is making more power first thing in the morning or late evening. However, it may fatten up the air/fuel so much that it adversely affects the power. Bob

I would do the pulleys.
I went the opposite route. I bought everything else before the Procharger. Still waiting to get the last bit saved up. I did go with Bob's Blower Cam (see above). He was a great help when i was figuring everything out.
