This is my brother's car, but I'm the better fabricator so I'm doing most of the work on this car. Originally, this was an SR20DET swapped car that I made some ballin' exhaust manifold, downpipe, and chare pipe for so we could put an ebay GT35 turbo on. That setup worked surprisingly well, but my brother found an LS1 swap locally that he couldn't refuse. It was a total steal.

Very nice.!
I'm using the Emusa wastegate on a stock lq4 with a ls9 cam and gt45 and the lowest boost I can drop it to is 9lbs. also I only left the soft spring in it. Just fyi. It works pretty good. I have the same bov too. Works like a charm.

Eh, too much of a pain to try to host them elsewhere.
I got the hot side back in the car for downpipe mockup. She is sitting pretty. The downpipe shouldn't be too difficult to rig up.
I think this is where the water to air core is going to sit. I'll need to mount it further recessed in the fender for hood clearance, but that shouldn't be that huge of a deal.

Here is the wastegate all welded up except for the last part. I'm not sure if I'm going to put another vband there, or a small flex joint, or just weld it up. Any ideas?

I don't see how that's an issue, the whole point of the wastegate is to bypass some of the pressure and flow around the turbo, and that's exactly what it's doing, even if there is some turbulence. I don't think it'll matter much.
