Default What # wastegate spring?

I have a tial wg and I'll have a 76 on3 turbo on a Huron speed front mount and the motor is a 5.7 forged pistons with valve reliefs arp rod bolts and 317 heads with mls gaskets..compression ratio is pretty low I think and am wondering what pound spring I should get. Or rather how much boost will I be okay with that motor? And ill be using a manual boost controller for now Is 15-18 psi too much? Just wondering what others have had for experience. Thanks

Should be able to make as much as that turbo will make, forged pistons I'd put it over 20lbs without thinking.
