Default Camshaft help with 112 Maggie LS2

I need some help figuring out which cam to use for my daily driver that sees a 65 mile daily round trip. It is a 2006 GTO stock internals A4 with stock converter, long tubes, high flow catted mids, a CAI. It currently has the stock pulleys. It was at 440 rear wheel hp and 430 tq @ 5700'. I will be changing the pulley set up at the time of the cam change to get the blower rpm up into the mid 15,000 range which should put the boost into the 8-9 lb range. I will be installing new style PRC .650 dual springs I already own with either cam along with new pushrods after I measure for proper length. I need to pass a CA biannual sniffer test and I will not be changing the converter.
I own both of these cams and need help figuring out which to use so please chime in. While neither is specifically a blower cam they both appear as if they would work better than stock. They both are ground on Comp Cam lobes. The first is the Thunder Racing original Cheatr cam. Its specs are int/exh 266/290 @.006, 214/230 @.050, 141/152 @.200 LSA 117+1 with .600/.578 lift. The intake lobe is there High energy 3190R while the exhaust is the Magnum high lift lobe 3112F. This is very close the Thunders blower cam. This ones been around a while and I have read various opinions stating that it would make a good blower cam but I can't find any numbers when used with a 112 or other positive displacement blower on an LS2. I have read that it will pass a sniffer test in Ca.
The second cam is a custom Comp Cams grind. Both the intake and exhaust lobes are ground on XFI exhaust lobes. The intake lobe is 3034 and the exhaust lobe is 3035. The specs are Int/exh 270/276 advertised @ .006, 218/224 @ .050 and 141/147@.200. The lift is .590/.600 and ithe LSA is 115+2. It has a little more overlap but it should still pass the CA smog test. Any thoughts on which one would be best?
