Default Frame Mounted Procharger ??

any reason why i couldn't mount my procharger on the frame of the car? trans is mounted solid to the chassis and the motor has about 1/4" urethane mounts, pretty much solid. using the stock serp belt with two belt tensioners. this is on my 91' mustang coupe with ls1 fbody accessories.

Never work. Especially with urethane bushing motor mounts.

You'll never keep the belt aligned which will just shred it.

I agree, it won't work. I sell most of the various ProCharger brackets at this link. http://shop.brutespeed.com/ATI-ProCh...sories_c18.htm Bob

thank you for the replys and ill look another rout, i dont have any room to use a bracket thats being produced, im going to have to make one.

theoretically, even with a solid mounted motor and trans, and perfect alignment of the belt, you think it still wont work?

Even with motor and mid plate it won't work. Been tried before, even with a cog belt.

Has to be attached to the motor.
