Default on3 44mm waste gate

has anyone used the on3 44mm viand waste gate if so is it worth getting or would i be better of with a used dial or hks

Not there 44 but I am using there 60mm. Works well

i got one on my nova works great. bout 400 miles on it this year so far. on my app it made 7 lbs with my boost controler off right out of the box.

one thing with the chinese gates is id make sure and pull it apart and fully inspect it to make sure its good to go.i had to do a little clean up on my tial knock off but its working flawless

What do you mean by clean up? Casting flash clean up or brake cleaner clean up? Asking because i'm doing a budget turbo build, looking into On3 stuff cuz it's budget friendly lol

I have one. I took it all apart and cleaned it. Lots of dirt in it. Text me for pics of the internals. There are some things I did to make it better also. Pm me for my number

I had to clean up some grime in housing,but I also had to take emery cloth to the valve stem and use a wire bottle brush on the guide,works flawless tho. Holds 14psi great no spiking

i just got mine in today ,,gsp 44mm .took it apart ,, looks fine to me.. ill be putting it on soon.

I am using two of their 44's they are working fine, I have 5psi springs in mine and it is holding 7psi. I would just order from a different company...

or just get a 130~ dollar 60mm vband from VSracing

ive used about 6 of the cheapest chinese gates viren can get me and ive never had a problem to date.

2psi-22psi no problem comes with a few springs you can mix and match too

ran an on3 46mm WG on my turbo 302....15 psi and not a single problem...sold it along with my on3 turbo kit since im swapping over to a turbo LSX

nice to know there are a few cheap options out there. Is there good results for all the on3 wastegates??? or anyproblems anyone should know about?

Pretty sure with all the cheaper wastegates is keeping steady boost at lower levels and making sure there is not spiking. Materials will be cheaper than good name brands so wont last as long. Also any material breaks from heat cycling theres only one place for it to go. Rather spend few hundred or couple hundred more to ensure your turbos health.

10,000 miles on my friends truck and no problem holding 2-21 psi

no spikes, creeps, bleeps or sweeps
