Default need some advice and help!

i have victor series 1 3/4-1 7/8 stepped headers w 3.5 flanges.. unsure if i wanna reduce it and go dual 3 inch or 3.5 all the way out.. i like the dual idea since its different but a. dont know if the power gains are worth it and b. i have to run dual bullets so i dont know what its going to sound like.. i am a fan of stock driveability till you wake the beast up.

set up is as follows
403 cu in ls2 fully forged internals
fully race ported 243 castings 329@650 lift
ppi typhoon 96mm w 92 mm t/b
comp .612/618 234/242 115lsa
d1sc procharger 8 rib 7.25 crank pulley 3.40 blower pulley (19.5 psi)
alky control meth injection running at 100% meth on 93 octane
now key to this madness is i dont care about peak/extreme hp #'s i wanna keep stock like drivability/looks i have a all out race car and dont want to deal with the headaches on this one! vigi multi disc convertor 2400 stall.
3.73 gears dts 12 bolt etc etc etc.
full interior car on 315 d/r on a 18 inch rim 2-12 subs amp etc in the back. i know all the comments im gonna hear about the heads lifting and im gonna loose 1/2 second cuz of the convertor well here are my answers to them
a. heads and block are custom machined for 1/2 head studs to prevent lifting i know cars making 22-24psi on stock style heads with no issues
b. i want to drive and enjoy this car! be able to cruise 2-300 miles if i want and yet break a lot of hearts! so PEAK 1/4 mile et's are not my concern.

anyways anyone else have a similar set up that can give me power/ 1/4 mile info? anyone running true duals on this sort of set-up? what exhaust/mufflers do you suggest that are reasonably quiet cruising i dont care if it wakes the dead or stays quiet at full throttle..

thanks guys!

True duals are a good idea and the bigger the better. The more you can improve the flow, the better off you are. I've been running 243 heads on 18psi for awhile with no issues so if you don't lean on them to hard you should be ok. I run a magnaflow race muffler and like it.
