Default ls9 valvesprings and turbo?

Anyone using the ls9 valvesprings on a turbo car? Im hitting a wall at 5200 rpm on the dyno. It feels like it hits a rev limiter. I feel its my converter but could it be valve float?

I doubt its the springs. Ive got a friend with stock 5.3 (valvesprings and all) running at 13psi without issue. Does it hit the same wall on the street?

It did hit that wall at 6k when I had it on 18lbs that's why I backed off to 11 for the dyno and it pulled fine on the way to cc. My guess is the Dyno loaded it more than the road exposing the issue earlier in the rpm band. My graph looks great then hits 5200 and starts going in figure 8's.

Afr is around 11.1 but after is messes up it gets erratic I've had it shoot into high 12's and 10.0
